In Launceston's Town Hall and the city's CIVICspaces the silliness is palpable as the DEPUTYmayor on behalf of who knows who, he advocates more and more talking albeit that the talking thus far has only seen the rise and rise of the city's HOMElessness! What on GOD'Searth is all this about.
While on the street outside Town Hall charities are jockying for space to do their thing for those suffering housing stress. This is great BUT then silliness kicks in. The story goes one charity want another to vacate the space in order that they can claim the accolades. Just what is that about? As this year's WORLDsillyWEEK no doubt more silliness will present itself.
EssentIally what is going on is bureaucratic DOTseparation rather than DOTjoining pure and simple and those suffering HOMElessness grow in number because of BUREAUCRATICsilliness by-and-large!
